During this difficult time, we would like to assure current and future customers that Coherent is working as normal. Following Government guidelines, the team is working from home to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Has anything changed?
Nothing has changed. We are servicing new and existing business as usual. Service level agreements remain unchanged and all of our staff are working as normal, from home. Remote work is not unusual at Coherent and we are well equipped.

What about calls and meetings?
You can continue to call our office as usual. Where possible meetings are being carried out via GoToMeeting, an easy to use video conferencing service.

Do you have capacity for urgent work?
Our capacity to take on new work constantly varies. At the time of writing, we do have capacity to take on urgent work.
