Arabic Speaking Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager with excellent customer service skills to regularly meet clients, get to know their business model, gather detailed requirements, communicate progress and manage expectations. As we are looking to grow ties with a client in Saudi Arabia, excellent written and spoken Arabic, as well as English, is required for this role.

Duties

  1. Assisting the Directors with pre-sales background work including the assembling of proposals for new work and visual system mockups
  2. Joining our Software Engineers and clients in weekly meetings, producing the meeting agenda, taking minutes, creating tasks in our project management system and updating timelines
  3. Being the primary point of contact for clients’ questions between weekly meetings
  4. Liaising with third party integration providers where they may be involved in a project so that all parties understand their role, timeline and responsibilities
  5. Producing content for the company’s website and general administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have experience providing “white glove” customer service within a corporate or project-based setting. This role may either be part time or full time. Please indicate your availability when applying.
